Once your purchase has been made and loaded on our side you will be notified and able to book into your first class.
Our Mat classes are limited to 10 people to ensure each client is given the attention and corrective guidance required to achieve ideal and safe movement for their bodies.
We have a variety of classes aimed at different experience levels, please take care to select a class you feel comfortable joining.
