Nicola is an internationally certified BASI Pilates instructor. She believes that leading a health conscious lifestyle leads to mental well-being. She started practicing Pilates recreationally in 2002. Always having lead an active lifestyle, engaging in various sports, she has found Pilates to be the most sustainable method of conditioning the body and encouraging the mind to stay focused. She believes that Pilates is the ideal training method to strengthen and align the body, regardless of age or fitness level.
